Secure Online Payment - Instructions |

| For your convenience you may pay your
invoice using our Secure Online Payment System. Just follow these simple
steps: |

1. Click “Pay Online” in the upper right hand
corner.
2. Enter your account number located at the bottom of your invoice.
You must enter your account number exactly as it appears on your invoice.
Example: 0000 0000 0000 00
3. Enter your zip code. The zip code must match the zip code on your
invoice.
4. Enter your birth date.
5. Click “Login”.
6. Click “Continue to Pay Online”.
7. Complete Required Information and Click “Continue”.
8. Review your information and click "Submit Payment" to send your
payment. |
