overview of our Billing Procedures & Policies. When it comes to your

Services delivers. Additionally, our Patient Billing Account Representatives
intend for your financial dealings to be as trouble free as possible.
Working with you to pay your invoice is an extension of our patient service.
We recognize that relieving the stress and anxiety of medical bills will
give you peace of mind. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to discuss any
issues, payment problems or delays in making payments to one of our caring
Patient Billing Account Representatives. We have many payment options
available and are here to help resolve any payment issues you may have.
If you should receive an invoice and wish to mail your payment, please remit
your personal check or money order to the address shown on your invoice. If
you wish to pay your balance using a major credit card please use our
Secure Online Payment System. GYN PATH Services accepts Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
All balances are due and payable within 30 days from the billing date unless
payment arrangements have been made. |
